Three people I care about have lost their moms in recent weeks.

Dead moms trending in my network leads me to think back to when my own mom died.

As I try to imagine what these people I care about need most.

Conveniently, I’ve also told myself it is time to start writing about my mom in earnest.

The Universe is conspiring by putting mom loss on the front burner for some of my dearest. It is amazing how often the Universe is on my side.

My heart breaks for these friends who have just lost their moms.

I suspect I’m reaching an age where parent loss will fill my feeds more and more. Gotta say, I preferred the days of wedding invitations and birth announcements.

Only my parents were dying as I was receiving wedding invitations and birth announcements.
