When Life Deals Scraps, Make Quilts
What quilters know about grief.
Dear readers,
I seem to have drafted this piece a year ago and left it languishing in my drafts folder, along with 16 other pieces. My other Substack has a drafts folder with 26 unpublished pieces. What is my problem? Don’t get me started.
Reading it through, the below piece still feels sound and true, so I’ll go ahead and publish it now and wonder why I struggled to do so a year ago and how many of the other drafts are complete pieces just waiting to go out.
Anyone else have lots of drafts building up?
